Runs small

My 34lb 37" tall toddler who wears a 3T is too big for these training pants with the extender "plus" sides. He doesn't have a particularly large bottom, so I'm frustrated that these don't fit. The sides go around him just fine, but the front and back are too low and you can see part of his bottom hanging out. He also can't pull the pants down on his own because they are so tight & his thighs have red marks that last for a couple hours every morning after sleeping in them. I can't suggest these for people who want to use these as overnight training pants on a 3T or larger child.

High Hopes.

We had high hopes for the trainers since we have loved all our Grovia diapers. The trainers just don't work that well for us. They do fit small and the side flex plus panels were needed even for the trainer to fit my 35lb daughter. The Gro-cool lining has not been encouraging potty training, yet.... We will continue to try. The trainers are a beautiful quality product, They just don't work that well for my chunky thighed toddler. We still love Grovia!!!

Good but not great.

I bought a few of these to try first and even though the quality is great they do run small, are pretty bulky and do not prevent leaks. You would need to add a liner in as well to prevent any leaks, which defeats the purpose, you could just continue using the covers in that case or even the actual CD's, since you have them already. The trainers won't be a single purchase, you would have to buy 2 extra purchases alongside them, the side panel extenders and the liners. I wouldn't recommend for night time use as they will leak, unless using liners as mentioned, but are good if you don't mind the leaks and will be using for day time, minus the size running too small. I don't feel the need to purchase any more and will just stick to regular training undies with absorbing padding that I have or use the CD'S in lieu.
