GroVia was acquired by Kanga Care, and operations have been restored with a focus on quality, sustainability, and long-term customer support. GroVia Brand Update
Following a temporary operational pause in 2025, GroVia was officially acquired by Kanga Care. Since the acquisition, our teams have worked behind the scenes to restore customer service systems, bring back core GroVia products, and return additional items to the market in stages.
The GroVia website is fully active again, and several best-selling essentials are currently available. Additional product categories, including the GroVia cloth diaper line and accessories, are in active production and will be restocked as manufacturing is completed.

All newly manufactured GroVia products are fully warranted. In addition, the following current product lines are covered under warranty:

Legacy Cloth Diapers and Accessories Purchased Before May 1, 2025
GroVia cloth diapers and accessories purchased prior to May 1, 2025, under previous ownership, fall under an expired warranty and are not covered under current warranty support.

GroVia Returns Policy
GroVia returns are fully active for eligible orders.
- Returns are accepted on eligible orders placed on or after September 1, 2025
- Items must meet standard return eligibility requirements
- Clearance and final sale items may be excluded
