Free Shipping Details

Free shipping on retail orders $99 or more and intro packages valid within the Continental U.S. only (does not include Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico or Canada).

  • Free shipping orders are sent UPS Ground or UPS SurePost. The transit time for UPS Ground is 3-7 business days and UPS SurePost is 5-8 business days depending on where you live. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number with an estimated delivery date.
  • Please make sure that you provide a street address. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.
  • Orders using discount codes that reduce the subtotal to less than $99 will be charged shipping. Free shipping applies to the total of the order after a discount has been applied and the total is still over $99.

Orders Under $99

Flat Rate $7.00 shipping on retail orders valid within the Continental U.S. only (does not include Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico or Canada).

Any order under $99 will have a flat rate shipping charge of $7.00. These orders will ship via UPS SurePost or UPS Ground. The transit time for UPS SurePost is estimated to be 5-8 business days and UPS Ground is 3-7 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number with an estimated delivery date.  

International Orders

International orders may be subject to duties and/or taxes on full retail value. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. If you do not see your country listed during checkout, we do not ship to your location. Please visit our retailer page to find a dealer near you. Please note: All Canada orders will ship Priority Mail International if the package weighs one pound or more. First Class International is for all orders under one pound. Delivery times will vary depending on shipment location in Canada. Please allow 7-21 days for delivery per the USPS guidelines for International Shipping.

Method of Shipping

We require a signature upon delivery for any orders over $300. Please follow your tracking number that will be emailed to you and make sure someone is home to receive the order. GroVia is not responsible for confirmed deliveries that have been stolen. GroVia is not responsible for delays in product delivery to weather or carriers own internal errors.
