We bought these for a 5 day trip to CO that we didn't want to worry about carrying cloth with us. After some trial and error they worked perfectly. We had 2 leaks in the airport with them but I later discovered it was because I didn't take the time to make sure they were flat with non of the leg gussets folded over under her leg. If the plastic is folded over then the pee just flows right off and under the soaker leading to the shell and clothing soaking. Once I realized this I was able to fix the problem and had zero leaks the rest of the trip. My second problem was that when she peed heavily the adhesive would stick to the shell and became a pain in the butt to remove. My solution was to only use the back sticker to hold it in the shell. I will definitely use these again for future trips and already have a second case of them ready and waiting.
These are great. Funnily enough I had sort of thought i couldn't commit to true cloth diapers and that I would use these all of the time as sort of my way to reduce waste to some degree but I hardly use these because cloth isn't nearly as difficult as I thought it would be. When I do use them they are great. I tear them apart and flush the inside which I don't think is advertised but totally possible. That way the waste is minimal. They are leak free and are great for night time or for longer car trips. No complaints.
I only use the Biosoaker when we go out but these are great. They are very absorbent and the I love that they don't soak through the material like some of the other ones I have tried.
I like that these have the sticky tabs underneath which is much nicer than the flip brand disposables which do not. Not as absorbent as a biosoaker however great for when a disposable is needed
when you do not have washer available traveling or just for a little less to have to do on vacation;o)
