How to make a GroVia Return or a Warranty Claim:
Click "GroVia.com Returns" button below if you purchased items on GroVia.com and are needing to return new in packaging, unused and unwashed product.
- Click on the Start a Return button below and enter your order number and email.
- Follow the Returns process in the steps provided.
- You will receive an email notification with further instructions once complete.
* If the Order #, or item, you are returning is not showing up in your account when you process a GroVia return or if you need to file a Warranty Claim for items purchased from grovia.com or another retailer, use the Merchandise Return/Warranty Form.

The GroVia warranty covers all manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. Any product received that does not fall under our warranty and does not have a proof of purchase, will not be reviewed and will be returned immediately. Any claim initiated past the warranty period will be void. To make sure your product still falls under the warranty please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Return shipping costs will only be covered on defective items identified within 90 days of purchase. After 90 days, shipping is the customer's responsibility. No exceptions.

Reasons a warranty may be void:
Failure to follow care instructions. Includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Water temperature exceeding 140ºF/60ºC
- A detergent containing additives (whiteners, dyes, perfumes, essential oils) or natural soap
- Fabric softeners
- Any caustic substance
- Diaper rash cream
- Modifications of any kind to any GroVia product, including cutting off care tags
- Excessive wash routine and/or excessive wear and tear
- Accidental damage (items caught/torn/melted in a washing machine/dryer)
The GroVia Warranty DOES NOT cover leaking, diaper odor, normal wear & tear, natural fiber wear holes, pilling, snags or shrinkage.
For repairs for products outside the warranty program, there are many resources that can be found through online forums, who will do repairs for a small fee. Please see our Returns & Warranties Policy for further details.
Return Details - Please Read Carefully
- Proof of Purchase - GroVia will not accept any returns, defective merchandise, or warranty items without proof of purchase or a valid receipt. No Exceptions.
- Defective - Warranty return diapers must arrive clean, dry and stink free. If the diapers are unclean, severely stained or odorous, we will send them back to you at your expense. If, after carefully inspecting your properly cared for GroVia products, we find that indeed they do have a defect, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. Monetary refunds on defective products will not be given.
- Non-Defective - Product must be returned new and in original, undamaged packaging within 45 days of purchase. Washed or used items cannot be returned. Reimbursement for returned items is made by original method of payment only and original shipping charges are not refundable.
CLICK HERE to process your return Non-Defective Return. Select the products you are returning and select a reason why you're returning them. Submit your return and you will receive instructions for returning your items.
Pack up your items and ship the items to the return address listed in your email. You may use the shipping carrier of your choice and will be responsible for paying postage. Please keep a record of the tracking number.
- Mistake on Order- If we made a mistake with your order, we will pay to have the items returned to us and replacements sent back to you.
- Discontinued Colors & Prints - Discontinued colors/prints purchased from authorized GroVia retailers that fall within the one-year warranty period will be subject to a substitute color/ print replacement. The substitute will be of like value and will be taken from current inventory on hand.
- Gift Items - Gift items may be exchanged; however, credit can only be applied to the credit card used on the original order.
- Refunds - Orders refused and/or returned by the customer will receive a refund when the returned items arrive at our order center. Refunds will be issued for the price of the product only, shipping fees are not refunded.
